Announcing a virtual DBT skills group! The group will review the four core DBT skills modules including mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance. We will be following the 6 month schedule for skills training laid out by DBT’s founder, Marsha Linehan. The group will start with a review of mindfulness skills, followed by training on the core skills of distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotion regulation. Mindfulness skills are an important part of DBT and will be reviewed between modules. This group will be a closed group while we are reviewing a module but will reopen during mindfulness training depending on space and availability. Please check with your insurance about group coverage since each insurance plan is unique in their coverage. Out of pocket rate is $65/session.
