We accept Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, Imagine, Quest, & United / Optum insurance, however not all insurance plans cover mental health services with our providers. We are not Medicaid or Medicare providers. Please contact your insurance company to understand more about your coverage with our group and if teletherapy is covered. They may ask for information about us: our NPI number is 1538637327, our EIN is 832176473, and the CPT codes are 90791 and 90837. We do not participate in EAP programs.
Pre-licensed therapists rates start at $135 for a 50-minute session. Licensed therapists rates start at $180 for a 50-minute session. If there is significant financial need, therapists may offer a sliding scale. Click here to learn about our sliding scale pricing.

Rates for Records
Our fees for record requests, treatment summaries, and court appearances vary based on the type of request.
To release client records to a 3rd party, there will be a fee of $25.
Fees for letter requests vary by document type and can range from $100-$500.
Fees for Court appearances range from $500-$1000 per day in court.
