LAPC | Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

M.Phil.Ed. in Professional Counseling 2024 (In supervision toward licensure)

You are feeling anxious, lost, or overwhelmed, often struggle in relationships to feel heard or understood, and even abandon your wants and needs to appease others. You find it challenging to trust your intuition, emotions, or decision-making skills and often feel influenced by external pressures. You are longing for more self-trust and to live your life in an embodied way that feels authentic, nurturing, and guided by self understanding.

If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place!

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, relationships, people-pleasing, trauma, self-doubt, perfectionism, self-worth, and codependency. Together, we’ll uncover the root of your challenges, ease self-criticism, release shame, and transform unhelpful patterns. Expect to reconnect with your inner children (Yes, plural! This includes the many versions of you that existed before this moment) and feel a deeper sense of compassion, calm, and connectedness.

I am committed to creating a space of collaboration where you can feel comfortable showing up as yourself – unfiltered. I bring a blend of warmth, empathy, and humor to our sessions, helping you process life challenges with a greater connection to your inner power & agency.

My approach combines Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, somatic techniques, and trauma-informed practices. With training as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and expertise in yin yoga, meditation, and Reiki, I help you integrate emotional and somatic healing for lasting transformation. In our sessions, I may draw on spiritual concepts from Yogic philosophy, Buddhism, and other modern and ancient spiritual practices. I can also support you in exploring, understanding, or refining your own unique spiritual framework.

Throughout the year, I also facilitate an 8-week Conquering Codependency group, covering family-of-origin wounds, attachment styles, emotional awareness & communication, boundaries, and more (accepting Cigna & Aetna).

You deserve a life that reflects your innate worth and authenticity—a life where confidence, creativity, and calm guide your path. If you feel I could support you on your journey, I warmly invite you to reach out!
